Well, I have a new Power Mac G5, and I have now received to kernel panics when waking it from sleep. Here is the panic.log if anyone can help me. The only thing not from apple is an ATI Radeon X800XT, but I don't think this is the problem, since I can play games fine.

EDIT: I just ran Apple Hardware Test, and everything passed, but it would not run the Video RAM test, is there a reason for this?

Ugh. Terribly sorry you're having such issues - that's the stuff of nightmares for the owner of a new machine. Usually a kernel panic will provide more helpful clues as to its source, but in your case I do not see anything all that illuminating through a prima facie examination. It appears to me that you would have to have a Darwin expert recreate the cause of the crash manually in order to find the specific piece of code your system is choking on, as Apple describes in one of its KP developer documents. Since you probably will not be able to get such an analysis performed, I would try the standard KP troubleshooting measures - such as removing third party RAM and reinstalling the OS. Others may have better input, of course. If you find no success, call Apple and see if you have any luck finding a CSR who is not a moron. Apple may tell you your new Mac needs servicing, but do not accept that. If it gets to that point, kindly but firmly insist on a new replacement.

Did the computer come with a stock graphics card that you replaced? What happens if you put the original one back in and use that for a while. If you have another KP you can rule out the gfx as the cause.
