I purchased a new G5 only a few weeks ago and, despite it being very quiet compared to my old PC, I have noticed that the machine 'beeps' after a minute or two after booting up. Not a major problem I know, but I was wondering whether this was normal?

Apart from this, I have not noticed anything else out of the ordinary or at fault. Anyone got any ideas what could be causing the noise or whether it is investigating further?
