Very frustrated pc convert.
After you have a few screens open, is their a show desktop button to minimize everything? Seems like I have to do it manually.
When you click a link to download where does it download the file to?
Thanks.

It's called "Expose"
it does more then just "Show Desktop" too.
You will find it in your System Preferences
Apple - System Preferences - Expose
You can assign it to a key on your keyboard, key on your mouse or even a corner of your screen. Good luck and remember there is a lot to learn.

Someone asked a similar question a few weeks ago, http://forums.macnn.com/showthread.p...t=show+desktop

Depends. What app are we talking about, Safari?

Also these are OS X questions and your other post is a software question. to get better results in the future you should place them in there. These forums are for people specifically with iMac, eMac, & Mac Mini, your questions have nothing to do with the machines themselves and response times could be quicker for you if your post was in a different spot.
an admin will probably swoop from the sky and move your post anyway...

usually with safari it'll just go to your desktop, but you can set a folder to make any download go where you want it to go.

Hi asianbond, welcome to the forums! Indeed, you do need to post your questions in the correct forums -- this forum isn't a forum for all questions posed by iMac/eMac/Mac mini owners, but rather a forum for questions that pertain only to those computer models.
Thanks!
