Has Apple made any announcements regarding when it will bundle TIGER with the imac G5's?

Nope, but you could by an iMac today and be qualified for Tiger. So its kind of bundled with them now.

The US Apple store currently shows a 5-7 day shipping delay on all iMac models, so odds are there will be a new revision just in time for Tiger's official launch.
