Hi guys,

on boot up I am getting a folder icon with a question mark. My keyboard is unresponsive (have tried some spare ones) and I can't seem to get past this icon. I am running a G4 dual 867, 700 something ram, with osx 10.3.9. Any help will be appreciated.

The folder-with-question-mark means your Mac cannot find a valid boot volume. This usually indicates damage to your hard drive. Boot up from the OSX Install CD and open Disk Utility. Disk Utility is available in the menus. See if it can repair the hard drive.

DiskWarrior would be better, and TechTool Pro is pretty good.
