What is the best way to get a second hard drive in a powermac -- order from Apple or buy aftermarket?

I don't see any way to order from apple in the online store if I want at least one of the drives to be the smaller size (250 GB).

Is it easy to install an aftermarket drive, and what should I look for in such a drive?

Thanks.

From Apple's site:

What's more, it's easy to add storage as your needs grow. Single-drive systems come with the cabling to connect a second hard drive, and the easy-to-open side panel allows you to insert a new drive yourself, completely without tools. Just screw in the supplied drive guides and slide the new drive onto the tracks and it clicks into place.
Yeah, you can just add a second SATA drive. The cabling is already in place. For some reason, Apple charges a huge amount of money for setups with two hard drives... in the current models, it's $200 to upgrade the 250 GB to a 400 GB, but it costs a whopping $675 to get two 400 GB hard drives installed.

"That's Mama Luigi to you, Mario!" *wheeze*
