Which is quieter to run a dual 2Ghz or a liquid cooled 2.5? (or 2.3 and 2.7 now)

My DP 2.5GHz machine makes a bunch of noise - the motherboard backplane fan revs up quite often. My rev. 1 dual 2.0GHz G5 was nearly silent.

But, as far as I know, only the new 2.7's use the liquid cooling system. The 2.3's are air-cooled like the rest of the line.
