After updating to Tiger and seeing the buttons and fonts, etc in Mail, things seem a little washed out especially as compared to my 12 inch PowerBook. (Probably the same in Panther, I think the new buttons may have made it more recognizable).

Thought I might look at my display settings. Tried to click on Calibrate but get the following message.

"The factory profile for the display could not be found."

Used Color Sync repair profiles. Still get the same message.

1. Am I wasting my time looking into calibration? (Will I notice much difference)?

2. Why do I get that message?
