I'd like to buy an imac but only if I can check the screen before I buy.

What test are possible, and acceptable to sales staff, for checking or pixel defects?

Is it possible to see an all black and an all white screen?

Thanks,

Mike

I dont think you will be able to check the individual iMac you want to buy, only like a floor model unless that is all that you are looking to do.

As far as those sort of tests, sorry I don't know what you could do.
