I just bought a new Mini but it came with Panther - I got it from a retailer instead of Apple direct. Am I entitled to get the Tiger system discs for free? If so how do I get them?

either A) go to an apple store w/ your reciept and your mini or B) call them up on the phone with your reciept information.

You will probably need to upgrade via the Up-to-Date Upgrade program. You can access this on the apple.com website. it costs 9.99 for shipping. otherwise return your mini to the retailer and buy one at the Apple store, where it will be pre-loaded.
