When I BTO at the Apple store, I see that my shipping time goes from same business day to 2-3 weeks when I add 512mb of ram and the 6800 Ultra Card on the 2.7ghz model.
Is this right? 2-3 weeks? Or do they only say that, and it usually ships much faster? If not, Isn't it a lot faster to just buy the G5 in an Apple store and order the video card and ram? (Is ram at the Apple store the same price as online? I saw it for $150 for 512mb..insane, but is that right?!)
