I need some information about the G5 power supplies. I have been wondering if they use normal ATX connections for motherboards and the 4-prong connection for fans, harddrives, etc.

Older G4 use regular ATX power supplies, but with a custom connector. If you think of replacing the power supply with a regular ATX model, make sure you are comfortable with electronics.

G5s use a custom power supply.
