Buying cheap Corsair memory for $90, when you can currently get a very good stick from OWC for $120 or an excellent stick from Crucial for $137, doesn't seem like a good bargain; especially if you can't be entirely sure that the Mac mini will actually boot off the Corsair stick. It probably will, but the latest Macs are notorious for not being tolerant of cheap memory.
If the money issue is a deciding factor, make sure that ZipZoomFly will take back memory that you've opened and tried. I looked on their site, and it appears that they will; once you've gotten them to give you an RMA. You have to return it within 15 days (from the time the item is shipped!) and there is a 15% restocking fee. Their policies don't inspire confidence!
