I bought (2) G5 17" iMacs, and Crucial RAM as an add-on.
First computer opened perfectly...the three screws backed-off, case popped off, RAM went in, simple. But the second computer is problematic. With all three screws backed-off, the rear cover won't budge. I can pry up the lower corners (which I know I shouldn't do) so I know they're loose, but the center stays put, telling me there's an issue with the screw/tightening mechanism.

Any idea what may be wrong? Anyone else experience problems like this?
