Hello,
I have a 500mhz Sawtooth Powermac with 256 of working PC100 RAM at the moment. I recently purchased 1.5GB of PC133 memory for my computer and have found it to be incompatible.

As far as I understand, this computer can handle 2.0GB of RAM with the 4.2.8 firmware upgrade and 4 512MB DIMMS, and can handle high density DIMMS. The memory is from a low grade Korean company called Lei, yet these are tested and working in similar PC configurations. The chips are PC133 rated at 7.5ns, "64x64" (I'm not sure which this refers to.. it would appear that each stick is 32MBx16 chips).

Any help would be greatly appreciated, running on 256 on Tiger is a bitch =\. Thanks.

Cheap ram tends to have issues with Macs, as they require all correct SPD info in the chips, and other stuff which I can't remember right now.
Memory working in a PC does not guarantee that it'll work in your mac.
