I have a PowerMac MDD Dual G4 @ 867Mhz, and I want to know if it's posible to install Bluetooth Internally? Somebody told me that my machine is kind of old and for that reason I just have to plug in a USB bluetooth antenna on it... kind a sad for me, I have all my USB ports and hubs occupied...

There is no socket for internal Bluetooth on any desktop Mac released before the G5. You'll have to go external.

Of course, that gives you two options for adding ports: get another hub (they can be daisy-chained), or add a USB PCI card to the Mac. Many USB PCI cards even have an internal USB port that you could plug a BT dongle into, but the metal case of the computer would probably prevent it from having any useful range, so you'd probably have to use an external port.

Get the d-link usb dongle. It's supported directly under os x and even resembles the built-in BT of other macs so the software will update with apple releases BT updates.

Thats a good insight. You really think being on the inside will seriously affect the range/funtionality a great deal? Sounds like a good idea for my gf's Yikes, and of course internal is nicer.

The internal might work okay if you're reasonably close to the tower. I have my usb BT plugged into the front of my G5 which is probably 4-5 feel from my BT mouse. No problems--though it's external.
