[FONT=Book Antiqua]I did a bit of research on this in anticipation of helping a friend with a Bondi iMac connect wirelessly. Only certain USB wireless adapters work with Macs, and yours may not. One of them is the D-link DL-122 or something like that. There's usually a bunch of them on eBay, as I believe it has been discontinued and it's replacement is not Mac friendly. The DL-122 is an 802.11 b adapter that requires OS 10.2. I haven't had any experience with this product, I'm just saying that it is the only thing that I found that will do what I believe you are trying to do. Don't be scared of OS X on your machine. While it won't be blazing fast, it will run just fine.
