Any idea or guess when ATI will release an updated ATI displays that works with the X850XT? I'd like to enable vsync for the games I play so I dont get tearing. HALO kinda sucks with all the tearing I get.

You should be able to enable Vsync in Halo. I'm a bit surprised a version of ATI Displays hasn't been releated for the X850 yet. As far as guesses, I'd say anywhere from next week to the end of the year .
