Hi guys,

Sounds kind of strange, but when my app icons jump, they stutter. In the past it was smoothly animated, now it's stuttering when they're jumping.

Normally I wouldn't be concerned, but it started happening (system stuttering) when I play Diablo II so now that it's affecting my gaming I really have to figure it out

Any ideas?

Man this kills me every time... I never reboot my Mac. I think I've cold booted on average once a month? If that? So I've got this queue of updates waiting to make their way on to my machine including the sleep update. Well I rebooted and now everything is smooth.

Including Diablo II.

Now to unlock the new bosses in the 1.11 patch

I have a question for you! I understand you are talking about iMac, so my question is - Do you keep it on all the time, or do you put it sleep mode when not used?

It goes to sleep after 10 minutes, which is why I never turn it off. Sleep mode works flawlessly. In the last 10 years I've had countless PCs. I disabled sleep mode on all of them because they would never wake up. Only on factory-built PCs has sleep worked, but even then it's nowhere near as well implemented as on the Mac - instant sleep, instant wakeup.
