i have a g3 power mac, i had connected a dell monitor too it and it worked fine and i also made the resolution 1024x768.. i went away and left the mac on and wehn i came back the monitor was in sleep or suspend mode so i moved the mouse but my monitor wouldnt come out , i have done various hard resets, pulled the power plugs and everything and it didn twokr, i connected my pc monitor to the mac and the monitor continued to stay in sleep mode so it has to be a problem with the mac... can anyone help? thanks.

Perhaps you have slightly unseated the video card from it's pci slot, can't hurt to check it, to be sure.

Did you have any sleep or display problems with you mac prior to using this display ?

checked the video card, problem still occuring
and i didnt have any problems before

im ganna get it fixed bysomeone thanks anyway
