The features will be:
4.0GHZ Pentium D Dual Core
2GB DDR 2 Memory
250GB 15,000RPM SCSI HDD
1.5GHZ System bus speed
DVD-R/W dual layer

a) Apple won't likely use the P4
b) The P4 just got up to a 1 ghz bus
c) Do you know how expensive DDR2 memory is?
d) Do you know how expensive SCSI is?
e) Apple is more likely to go with SATA2.

DDR2 is now supplanting DDR. Intel has embraced it; consequently many new motherboards are using it. The prices have been declining. Apple's developer box uses DDR2. By the time Apple is ready to roll out its PCs, I imagine they will very likely be DDR2 boards.
