I have a G4 1GHz iMac, I love the machine, I use it mainly for editing of family movies. I would love to put in a Dual Layer DVD drive so I could make the DVDs longer. Anyone know which brand and model would work best with my iMac?

Specs:
iMac G4 1GHz
Mac OS 10.4.2
1GB RAM
200 GB Hard Drive (I installed myself)

I replaced my 15" imac HD with a 160Gb drive (16Mb cache, made a hell of a difference) and a OEM DVD+-RW drive I got cheap. With the iLife 05 and patch-burn it works good. http://www.patchburn.de/download.html

The iMac isn't quite fast enough to keep up with the max speed of the drive however. And it spins so fast it sounds like the machine is going to lift off the table when burning audio CD's... My own iMac version of the wind-tunnel macs.
