hi

I have done a few upgrades on the tray loading imac I have

when I pulled off the bottom housing - I snapped two of the tabs of the front lower panel (the panel with the speaker grills)

does anyone have xperience with this? how can I safely remove the bottom housing without breaking tabs? - is it best to remove the speaker grill panel first?

any ideas?

If they don't break, it at least always sounds like they *are* breaking. This won't help you much -- but the imac is fine without those tabs anyway. Don't worry about it... the screws hold it together!
