system profiler reports imac as "PowerMac6,1"?!?!?!

	hi all. after i installed tiger i noticed the fan basically never turned off. i have asked around to see if anyone had seen this after there tiger install, but didn't really get a definitive answer. i looked at my system profile and noticed that under "Machine Model" it says "PowerMac6,1". the Machine Name is iMac, and everything else seems to be accurate. anyone seen this? do you think the fact that it says PowerMac is the reason my machine is acting so weird with the fan and all? btw, i have a 17" imac g4 1ghz, with 1gb ram. thanks for any help.
