Hi

I purchased quite a few powermac beige g3s and a 8600 tower for a bargain price

I noticed that the 8600 has video input and output ports on it

would it be possible to take the guts of the Beige G3 (desktop) and put them into the 8600 - so that I can take advantage of the video input/output ports? (with the speed of the G3)

any ideas?

Probably not as those corresponding ports don't exist on the G3 mobo. And the mobo's were changed dramatically from the 8600 to the PowerMac G3 designs so it's not like you can swap the processors.
