iMac G5 will not recognize lacie d2 external drive

	HELP! Bought a Lacie D2 250GB external drive yesterday. Hooked it up to the iMac, and a cute little icon appeared on the desktop. Imported an hour of DV through iMovie onto it, ejected it and turned the computer off, then went to bed. This morning, my computer will not recognize the drive, no icon, nothing. I've tried all different cables, configuration, even my wife's iBook, but the drive refuses to be acknowledged! I wish I could start over and make it look "new" to the computer, but how can I reformat a drive my computer can't see? Any clues? Thanks, Deft Tungsman
