The MacTV did not have a TV tuner card, really. It was simply a Mac with an analog (not computer-controlled!) TV tuner built in, with a button to switch the display between computer and TV.

As for TV tuners, some models in each of the following series had them:

-Performa 500 series
-Performa 600 series
-Performa 5000 series
-Performa 6000 series

And that's basically it. Any Mac with "AV" in the name (Centris/Quadra AV, Power Mac AV) had video capture, but no TV tuner.
