After years of loyal service my 1 Ghz iMac G4 is being put out to pasture. I loved that computer (my first Mac) and it served me very well.

I just placed my order for an iMac G5 1.8 Superdrive off of the Apple Store and was wondering how people would compare performance and style between the G4 and G5 iMacs.

did you see the daystar 1.92ghz upgrade for yr imac?

i prefer the G4 style anyday...

1.92 is more than 1.8
