I bought my last two Macs (Titanium Powerbook G4 & iMac G5 20") refurbished, and both had problems (the Powerbook was fine after one repair, but the iMac is a complete lemon).

Am I just unlucky? Have any of you had problems with refurbished Macs? I am thinking of buying a refurbished PowerMac Dual 2ghz

i just bought the powermac dual 2ghz refurbed two weeks ago. it's great! Absolutely no problems. And I got bumped up to 1gig RAM from 512, and from the GeForce 5200FX to the Radeon 9600XT for no extra charge

I bought a 12" 1GHz Powerbook 18 months ago, and a 2GHz G5 dual 3 months ago and both have been fine. And I love the price savings on the refurbs!
A couple MacPro's, a MacBook Pro, a PC, and an iPod.

The machine I purchased was a G5 dual 2.5 ghz which was a display model for a local
micro center. It purchased on June 11 and has been working flawlessly 24/7 since.
No problems at all. I picked it up for the price of a dual 2.3 and they tossed in three
years of Apple Care along with it. A good deal to be sure.
