I have a Dual 1.8GHz Power Mac G5 and I'm getting terrible reception with my Apple Wireless Keyboard. I hit a key and either it doesn't appear on the screen or it repeats on me for a long time. I recently got new furniture in my room and I'm afraid that my desk is blocking the signal. My G5 sits on the floor. If I move the keyboard to the back of the G5 I get much better reception. I don't have a lot of options for placing my G5 system so my question is how can I improve my reception? I know there are a lot of hackers out there who have extended their reception for bluetooth to extend to a mile so why can't I get decent reception 4 feet from my G5 tower???
