Macworld tested the 17" iMac. It performed near the previous 2 Ghz iMac, except for a 10% frame boost on UT 2004.

Looks promising for the 20".

There are quite a few Xbench scores posted up on the site too, for these new imacs.
The worst thing about having a failing memory is..... no, it's gone.
