G4 iMac CD Burner Problem

OK, when I burn a CD in iTunes, I sometimes (a lot lately) get the message below:



Anyone have any idea why this is happening?!?!?! I forgot to mention this happens on multiple types of media from iMix CD-Rs to Memorex to TDK, etc.

PS - I am not sure how much I can check these forums as I have my 8 week old son in the house along with my 5 year old daughter, but thanks in advance for all help.
