I tried doing some research as to what the update includes, but I got nothing . . . . does anyone know?

Possibly to fix the bug with FrontRow in 10.4.3.

anyone put 10.4.3 on their imacs - i heard it is kind of buggy

I noticed that when it opens an app like iTunes, it hides it when you come back out of Frontrow. Not exactly an earth shattering fix, but more logical than leaving them open as it used to do. I also heard that it tries to block non-iMac G5 users, but I don't have any direct experience there.

umm . . they need to fix the fast forward option . . . . i watch a video, get a phone call, need to head out, come back and I have to fast forward all the way to where i left . . . that's retarded!

im not sure of the details aside from that being reported by users who were not using it on an imac. i think it just diables itself.

Works fine on my Mini. I used the latest version of Front Row Enabler to install it.
