Could someone with one of the new iMac G5s take a look at the System Profiler's "Graphics/Dispay" option and check the Chipset Model of the card.
Someone with a newer iMac G5 17" is reporting that their card is not an x600, but an x300. Their card's chipset reads ATY,RV370 (instead of RV380).
So to check this, click on the Apple menu and select "About This Mac". Then in the window that appears click on the "More Info" button, which will open the System Profiler. Within System Profiler under hardware click on the "Graphics/Display" option and take a look at the line that says "Chipset Model".
Thanks,
