I use this app to monitor the temp on my 20" iMac. My CPU temp is normally around 140, GRU temp is around 130, HD temp is around 115 and Incoming Air Temp is around 30. What is everyone else getting?

I get CPU Temp 58°C, GPU ambient temp 56°C, HD temp 43°C, Incoming air temp 31°C. Although this is from my 20" being idle overnight (just BitTorrenting). The middle of the top feels barely warm compared to quite hot after doing heavy gaming. I'll try it again after WoW later today.

But the app says the "specified upper limit" for the CPU is 85°C or so, if you're going well over that maybe you have a problem? I've never had it go over 69°C with the temperature widget I use (which gave a reading of 64°C when I took those other ones).

It seems you're viewing the temps in Fahrenheit, so viewing them in Celsius brings them in line with the normal operating temp of the 20" as well as my 17" Rev C.

TemperatureMonitor is giving me 40F higher reading than ThermographX.
