Look in the manual - it tells you what the pattern of blinks means. (Can't remember which is which off hand.)

Amorya
What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.

Good New Everybody thank you

I Unplugged All the Ram & the Graphics Card & took the battery from the Motherboard, left it for a few mins then replaced the Battery, then reset the PMU, then reinstalled new memory & and the old graphics card then restarted the my MAC & it worked fine

Then i did some simple diagnostics to see what the problem was & it was the RAM Faulty or None Apple Im not sure ill have to test the ram in a PC

Big Thank you to all & i Hope this post helps Someone Ells out there
