Hi all

It may be me but my imac seems to be booting slower than normal. From pressing the power on button to getting the desktop takes 45 seconds.
If this is slow what can cause the slow up in booting. I have check to see what is running at startup and cant find anything.

Imac G% before isight model, 768 meg ram.
Thank you
Thomas from the UK

This has happened to me to. I only have the standard 256 megs of RAM ( more on the way though!), but normally it boots up fairly quickly. The 10.4.4 update seemed to slow it up a good bit. Hope this helps.
