New iMac with External Monitor?

I was just looking throught the spec for the new Intel iMac and noticed this:

"Support for external display in extended desktop and video mirroring modes"

Does this mean you can finally use two monitors without a hack to have different images on both screens?

yep...its right there in the graphics section of the iMac spec page.
NOW YOU SEE ME! 2.4 MBP and 2.0 MBP (running ubuntu)

Finally Apple don't consider extended desktop as a pro option. Making that external video port useful finally. At least in terms of official support.
