I have the 1.25ghz mac mini (standard) I was wondering how can I add wireless to it so i can connect to my router?
I have heard i need an airport extreme card. But may also need a mezzanine card and an antenna! I am hugely confused and getting different answers from different places?
Also does the extreme card support bluetooth aswell as wifi?
Please help as im hugely confused

I've heard that in order to get Airport Extreme and Bluetooth in a Mac Mini that didn't ship with them you need to get the parts (about $100) from an Apple Store or Apple service center.

or you can use usb wireless adapter (roughly $20-30 after mail in rebates)
of course, this will take up one of your 2 usb ports
so you might want to get a usb hub.
you can also get a usb bluetooth adapter (there's one for d-link that is especially recommended for macs)
good luck

Open System Profiler and look for Airport Card and Bluetooth and see what the result is.

Apple has an actual kit that can be installed at an Apple store, or by your local Apple Authorized Service provider. I think the cost including installation is around $100USD. You can find the closest service provider in the Support section of Apple's website.

That's a great price for both the hardware and installation! Minis are not the easiest boxes to open up, and the wireless miniboard is not easy to get at once the cover is off. I think david's suggestion is THE way to go.
