Intel iMac Audio Out, Not As Loud As iMac G5?!?!?

I wanted to know if anyone else noticed that the Intel iMac's Audio Out is not as loud as the iMac G5!?!? I just sold my iMac G5 2.1 Ghz and bought the iMac 20 inch 2.0 Ghz Core-Duo...I noticed it immediately...Any Ideas?
I also did some research and the New iMac Uses Intel High Definition Audio....
PS: The sound is more pure though, you can here more definition with bass and song beats...Just not as loud

I noticed that today at the Apple Store on ALL the MacIntels I tried.
I chose the same internet radio station for comparison testing; the G5 iMac iSights' were definitely louder (more volume). No matter 17" or 20". I also checked the system prefs.
Looks like a job for external powered speakers. Yuk....more clutter. Why .....Apple? 
The sound is different, but not sure if pure is the right word. Just when we were beginning to..........

It actually sound really good with my speakers, there is more bass and mid. The G5 was way louder but had a high pitch sound, not so much bass....I just wish the Intel Audio Card would get louder, it does get loud don't get me wrong, but could get louder like the G5....
