I just got an airport extreme card for my power mac g5, and need help installing it so can someone go through the steps. I was told that this card was for the newer G5's that will not work with the old ones but im not sure if my mac is a new one or not.

What kind of G5 do you have?

Dual Core? Dual Processor?

The new airport card you are referring to is designed only for the new Dual Core powermacs.

In order for questions to be answered, as many details that you can give will be helpful.
