Hey, my 17" intel iMac with 2GB of ram came in on Friday and I've had a blast playing UT2k4 with my roomate constantly this weekend

I would like to be your benchmark/testing b*tch. Anything you want me to test out? I have most of the major apps installed.

How does UT2k4 run with graphics at maximum? Could you post here exact numbers (fps) for a specific resolution and graphics options combination?

I have been playing UT2k4 at absolutely maximum settings with my roomate and it's great!

1440x900 full resolution, all the graphics are turned up to the max, and it runs about 30-50fps.

If it put it down to 1024x768, then it's like 50 and above. Very very very good!

And yes it is Universal binary.

How do you benchmark UT2k4?

On the same PS test, I got 1:03 with a 2ghz Core Duo. This is with the stock 512 megs of RAM. I'll re-run it when I get more RAM. Now where should I get it from??? All that pissing in the thread that asked about this left me still wondering...

According to the PS benchmark, my iMac intel running in ROSETTA, outperforms Dual 2ghz g5s running Photoshop natively.

the Core Duo rocks. The g5 is a joke

For one filter. Look at the more generic photoshop benchmarks and CD/Rosetta loses to G5/native.
