I'm planning on getting a new mini, and my current monitor accepts the traditional RGB (VGA I think? - its the blue, staggered-pin cable) connection or S-Video. The monitor also has a connection for an EXT RGB - whatever that is (two rows of pins).

What adapter do I need to get the video feed from the mini to the monitor? Is the DVI to VGA adapter all I need for decent screen resolution (at least 1280x960)?

Thanks,

Uisce

You need to use a DVI-VGA adapter. One is included with the Mac mini.
