Well, I have tried all the tips in here, slowing down my connection to 256 dial-up, erasing my cache, wating 10 seconds between screens and I guess it has helped a little when trying to view movie trailers... Now the server error comes up for about 5 seconds, the green screen from the trailer (this preview is rated R, yada, yada, yada) and that's it. No trailer, nothing else, I let it sit there for 15 minutes and nothing.....

Any suggestions?

how fast is your dsl? go to a bandwidth check site to see your connection speed. i have an imac intel 17" and have no problems viewing trailers and my connection isnt fast at all (800k) compared to others.

Lots of people are having problems with the movie trailers, with their internet connection speed having nothing to do with it...check out the Apple discussion boards.

I checked the bandwidth test and it is saying anywhere from 200 -300. That sounds slow to me for DSL. What may be the cause of that?

It could be the server on the test...for example if you go to www.toast.net/performance, they list maybe 10 options. On a regular basis, you can click on the different servers and get VASTLY different results. Those tests are really not an accurate indication of your average speed.

id try giving your dsl service provider a call...also, to see if its a computer related issue or not, see if you have a friend or something that has an intel mac and test to see if their computers can connect to the trailers section of front row from your connection . this is unfortunate for those who experience it.
