I installed a new 256mb memory module from Other World Computing on my G4 which had been running beautifully. Immediately after installation, the computer froze. On insertion of install (not restore) disk, disk utility reported the volume could not be repaired. Two days later, another new 256mb module installed, I ran DiskWarrior which created a rebuilt directory and reported that the volume was okay. After restart, I'm still facing the 'wheel of death;' can't start up from install disk, DiskWarrior or terminal. Just wondered if anyone else had ever encountered a similar problem and if anyone has any suggestions as to what else I could try. Thanks.

This suggests that the first module was bad. Contact OWC and they will have a new module on its way,
