Well, the box states that the minimum requirements are:

Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later
PPC G4/G5 or later
1GHz or faster
256MB RAM
2GB disk space
ATI Radeon 9000 or better, or NVIDIA GeForce FX5200 or better
32MB VRAM
DVD Drive

(I just typed the information found on my copy - which runs great on my iMac G5)

Technically, it should work since the minimum requirement is a 1GHz G4 processor. Will it run fast? Probably not, since the recommended processor speed is a G5. It will probably be playable, but if you want speed and performance - wait until they release a Universal Binary of the game.

I'd wait for a few more responses though - perhaps someone else has experience with this game on an Intel processor.

I can't see any reason that it wouldn't. The iMac should be plenty powerful enough.
20" iMac (Intel CoreDuo)
- 2 GB's of RAM
- Logitech X530 Sound System

*cough* Rosetta *cough* Is RCT3 available as a universal binary? That would make a world of difference...
