I just got my new mini last week. Here are the specs:

1.66 Dual Core
2G ram
superdrive
100g hard drive

Here is my issue:

The mini will recognize only 1g most of the time. Sometimes it will recognize both but not often. It acts as if it only has 1g.

I called Apple support--we restarted, zapped the pram, unplugged and help the power button before replugging, etc. After we ran disk utility it seem to clear it up. But i unplugged the mac and now it only reads 1g again.

Any thoughts?
