When did the 64mb of VRam start to appear in the Superdrive mac minis? Does anyone have any serial number ranges that I can look for, as my vendor has a few of the old minis still in stock, but I would prefer if I can pick one that has the 64mb of Vram and not the standard 32mb.

Apple started shipping 1.33GHz/1.5GHz minis several months back. Each came equipped with 64MBs of RAM for video.

Did these have an internal modem or not? I thought the ones with higher specifications did not ship with an internal modem.

I picked up a mini back in September, when the 1.33/1.5GHz models were starting to appear, but I still got a 1.42. Maybe you can get an employee to open one of the minis to see if it's the newer variant.

Apple cut the internal modem out all configurations of the Rev. B mini, regardless of configuration. In exchange, Apple provided built-in Airport and Bluetooth. If you need the internal modem, an authorized service provider can install it for you, although that may not apply to the Mactel mini.

I already asked the employees if they would open the box and boot them up to check the Vram, but none of them are willing to open a new box just for that. They do not have too many peices left, but some have modems and some do not, so I was trying to reduce the chance by knowing what to look for if possible.
