My Mac Mini Duo One Glitch i found

i found that when i wake my mini from sleeping with the remote then my audio on the whole thing wont work. Then when i go to restart it, it give me the freeze up screen
i rebooted and it worked fine then, just wondering if anyone else has encountered this glitch.
