My G3 B&W has been patched by the G4 enabler from Daystar a year ago. But I never bought the Daystar ZIF. Now I have one from OWC (G4@500) Do I have to run the NewerTech G4 Enabler once again, or is it not necessary. Or do I have to repatch the B&W to G3 with the Daystar utility and then run the Newertech G4 enabler?

TIA

All the G4 'patch' is is an earlier version of Apple's own Firmware, before they patched it to bar G4 CPUs from being dropped into G3 B&W boards.

If you've already installed the patch, you're done.
